We collect the information needed to answer enquiries, complete bookings and improve this site. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

• When you book or enquire: your name, email address, phone number, the dates and the number of guests. This is held in OwnerRez, our booking system, because we need it to run the booking.
• Payment: processed by Stripe through OwnerRez. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you browse: this site stores the first source that brought you here in your browser. Once analytics is configured, it may also collect standard information about pages viewed and referral sources so we can see which parts of the site are useful.CONFIRM ANALYTICS PROVIDER AND COOKIE NOTICE

What we do with it

We use it to run your booking and to answer your questions. We will only send you marketing email if you have asked for it, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link that works.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add guests who booked through Airbnb or Vrbo to a marketing list. Those platforms have rules about that and we follow them.

Who else sees it

OwnerRez, as our booking system. Stripe, for card payments. Our email provider when we reply to you. The analytics provider listed here once one is configured.

How long we keep it

Booking records for as long as we are required to for tax and legal purposes. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.

Having it removed

Write to stay@epicvacationstays.com and ask. We will remove what we are not legally required to keep, and tell you plainly what we cannot.
