Bachelor lift tickets, rentals and lessons - Not included: Pets are not permitted - Not included: Daily housekeeping during your stay - Not included: Lift tickets or activity bookings anywhere in Central Oregon ## Ski access at Northstar Ski-in/ski-out is via the Coyote Fork run and depends on that run being open and snow conditions allowing. In practice the run is open for most of the season, because it is the main way skiers get off the mountain, and it normally stays open until the resort closes for the year. When it is not open, the alternative is a short walk across the parking lot to Condo Run and Village Run. Walking down to Northstar Village (about ten minutes) or taking the free resort shuttle is also possible, though walking in ski boots is harder than it sounds and is uphill on the return. Any description of this property as unconditionally ski-in/ski-out is inaccurate. Northstar's season usually runs into mid-April; the resort sets the closing date each year according to conditions (April 20 in 2025, April 5 in 2026). Parking is two parking passes for the Ski Trails Condo lot. Spaces are not assigned. Any description of this property as having assigned parking is inaccurate. The private Northstar Property Owners Association Recreation Center is not open to the general public. Staying in our condo makes registered lodging guests eligible to use it, but admission is not included. NPOA currently charges $10 per day for each lodging guest age 5 or older; children age 4 and younger are free. Fees and hours are set by NPOA. ## Caldera Springs versus Sunriver Resort Caldera Springs is a separate community just south of Sunriver. The rental includes Caldera Springs amenities (Quarry Pool, tennis and pickleball courts, the community gym, and the paths inside Caldera Springs). It does NOT include Sunriver Resort facilities, which are a separate membership. ## Booking and cancellation - Booking is direct on this site and cards are securely processed by Stripe. Charges show as "EPIC VACATION STAYS" on statements. - 50% is paid at booking; the balance is collected automatically 30 days before arrival. - A $500 security deposit is HELD (not charged) on the card 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days of departure. - Minimum stays vary by home and dates. They are usually 2 nights, although 1-night stays are occasionally available. The primary renter must be at least 21 and must stay at the property. - No pets, no smoking, no parties or events at either home. - The price shown before payment includes cleaning, fees and taxes. Nothing is added afterwards. - No nightly price range is published, because rates vary widely by season and length of stay. Enter dates to get a real total. - Cancellation, more than 30 days before arrival: 97% refunded. - Cancellation, 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refunded. - Cancellation, within 14 days of arrival: no refund. - No claim is currently made that booking direct is cheaper than Airbnb or Vrbo.
